Nicholas has grown up in and around the real estate industry. His paternal grandparents were Real Estate Brokers in Chicago for almost 40 years, and he moved around with his parents frequently chasing job changes and investment properties.
From a young age he learned about Return on Investment, how to fix up and ‘flip’ properties and that the 3 most important aspects of real estate are: location, location, location.
Due to this upbringing, he also realizes that whether short-term or long-term, real estate is an investment decision that should be intimately studied and discussed.

Devin Tran was born and raised in Austin, TX. He moved to San Antonio, TX briefly to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He returned to Austin following his success in college and has been there ever since.
During his college career, Devin Tran interned for Penguin Property Partners (in collaboration with Tyche Property Group), a real estate wholesaling company. After attaining a BBA in management, Devin moved on to become the operations manager of Tyche Property Group – a real estate agency specializing in buying, selling, flipping, building, and investing.
In hopes of touching the lives of others, Devin embarked on the journey of becoming a real estate agent. His goal was one thing, to establish the means to not only help his family but to provide affordable housing for the community – to obtain wealth to spread wealth.
